Each individual course costs $100/7 week session, meeting once per week. Please pre-register for each session online or by phone. Beginners should start with at least 1- 2 sessions of “tai-chi chi-kung,” which emphasizes fundamental body alignment and conditioning. By “tai-chi boxing,” we are referring to the both the solo and partnered “shadow-boxing” routines commonly associated with tai-chi practice.

Group classes: No refunds will be given after start of session, however tuition may be applied to the following session at the instructor's discretion. Tuition is due by the first class of session, and space is available on first come, first serve basis.
Student absences can be made-up at another scheduled class of the same type while the participant is currently enrolled, but will not extend past the end of session. Scheduled cancellations are posted online. Snow cancellations will be recorded at the office number, (203) 852-0522, only in the event that class is canceled.
Private lessons: are paid for on a per lesson basis. Notice of any cancellation must be provided 24 hours in advance or the fee is non-refundable.
Other class locations: are subject to the policies of the individual institution.
